Blue (415 nm)
Clinically proven to have an intrinsic anti-microbial effect and to treat mild-moderate acne vulgaris (Acne). This precise wavelength stimulates the release of intercellular free radicals within acne causing bacteria (P.acnes), resulting in cell destruction. Simultaneously blue light therapy reduces redness and inflammation, regulates oil production and decreases the appearance of visible seborrhoea, whilst being gentle on the skin.
